Okay, this positive song of appreciation for one’s momma, should balance out the recent features of drug pushing rappers (Pusha T) and axe murderer themed videos (Sean Price) we have posted recently on MCMIreport.com.
Thirty86 & 258 Films presents the visuals to IL Duce’s well received track “Momma Prayed” taken from upcoming project Do You Know IL Duce dropping soon. When done badly, this kind of song can be a bit sappy, but IL Duce has the flow to pull it off and the beat is good as well. We will be checking for him when the mixtape drops.
IL Duce recently explained to WWS Magazine:
“Momma Prayed†is a heartfelt song I know many people can relate to. It tells a story of how a child growing up doesn’t have the wisdom to really control their own fate and even once they do they continue to make the wrong decisions. Many of the positive things that come to us are the result of our parents’ prayers and that’s the message I get across in this song.
